W Builders was started in 2004 by Patrick Wilson. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in business, he began working for a Fortune 500 production home builder. He quickly advanced through the ranks and discovered his passion for construction. He passed his contractors' licenses A, B, and C.

Wilson has completed more than 1,000 new housing units including townhomes, apartments, and single-family residences. His experience extends to the commercial market as well, including amenity buildings, a private school, churches, and a 300 unit 95 acre RV resort park and campground.
